What is ad spend? Is it included?

Ad spend is separate and paid directly by card on file to the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) . Our fee covers strategy, creative, tracking and day-to-day optimization. We never mark up your ad spend. It is not included in our fees.

What budget should I start with?

For most small businesses we recommend $1,500–$3,000/month in ad spend on top of the management fee. Below that there usually isn't enough data volume for the platforms to optimize well.

How do payments and invoicing work?

Monthly retainers are billed upon contract agreement and then on the 1st onward -- via ACH or credit card. Project work (websites, apps, brand identity) is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. All prices are in USD.
